Alex W. has been leveraging his deep-seated love of language, culture, and people to empower enterprise clients to achieve and exceed their goals for 10+ years. From standalone workshops to year-long training projects, he has worked with a variety of companies, government organizations, and NGOs in the China space to deepen their engagement with people, communication, and organizational and regional culture. He has also undertaken numerous consulting projects: from honing high-visibility messaging like mission statements, websites, and advertising campaigns, to coaching leaders on how best to communicate their business to both internal and external stakeholders, Alex has devoted his career to clarifying and crafting business communication that cuts across borders and markets.
In his roles as a business communication consultant, executive coach, and a trainer he provides bespoke, results-focused solutions to bring out the best in leaders and key players in the Asia Pacific region.
Alex has proven strengths in public speaking and workshop facilitation covering a wide range of topics related to high-impact communication, from intercultural interaction, conflict resolution and nonviolent communication, persuasion skills, language acquisition, and business writing skills to management and leadership, business decision making skills, and more. He enjoys using a variety of interactive facilitation techniques to draw participants out and involve them in the material, ensuring that they enjoy themselves while learning new skills, techniques, and knowledge.
