Strategic Thinking
Introduction
This 2-day workshop is a practical activity-based learning experience blended with group coaching that aims to bring about knowledge acquirement and action generation. The key objectives are to develop strategic thinking and leadership skills with practical tools and approaches and to enable participants to lead and communicate their visions/changes to the staff. Case studies and best practices will be shared by the facilitator to inspire participants in working out strategies that will work at your organization.
