Ben has trained thousands of professionals from over 50 countries in Greater China, Asia, and the UK to work, manage and communicate more effectively across cultures. After more than 12 years of experience in training and coaching professional skills in Asia, he has a deep insight into the expectations of executives with global responsibilities.

As a certified Cross-Cultural Coach and certified GlobeSmart Cultural Profile Assessor, Ben helps executives strengthen cultural awareness, build intercultural tools and develop greater cultural intelligence. He works with expats to prepare them to deal with transition and change, and develop their intercultural competence.

Ben is an Everything DiSC Certified Trainer & Behavioural Consultant who trains leaders and their teams to build on their strengths by giving concrete examples of what has been done right, as well as specific actions that can create greater impact and build authentic connections.

He is an experiential learning trainer with certifications in facilitation and debriefing skills by Dr. Roger Greenaway, the world’s leading expert in active reviewing. He applies his experiential learning techniques in all his programs to create an engaging and active learning environment.
