Anita B. is a charismatic and energetic presenter. she is a trilingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) facilitator who has developed great insights with the learning styles of the middle management workforce in China, Hong Kong and other Asian cultures as they have been her key geographical focuses over the past 15 years.

Anita comes from a research and project management background in her job roles with Fortune 500 IT and management consulting firms. Her motivation to develop her own practice in learning and development consulting matured through designing and delivering training modules towards the end of her turning full time L&D consulting.
Anita pursued and graduated with an MBA with The Australian Graduate School of Management, which she served as a means to springboard her passion helping organisations to grow and thrive, in the capacity of learning and development consulting.
Anita has delivered an average of 100-120 training days in the last 10 years, as a lead facilitator; majority of her clients are multi-national companies with a regional presence and headquarters in PRC, Hong Kong or Singapore. Anita’s clientele has moved away from predominantly IT firms to now focusing on hotels and servicing industries, specifically being involved in helping hotels to instill their unique service culture to their employees in the preopening stage.
